SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

About the Role
Finworks is a fast-growing B2B fintech SaaS company helping European SMEs manage cash flow and invoicing. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across our core platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for 2–3 core product streams, from discovery to delivery
- Build and maintain a shared design system used across web and mobile products
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams in an agile environment
- Conduct user research and usability testing with B2B customers
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and process

Requirements
- 5+ years of product/UX design experience
- Proven experience designing B2B SaaS products
- Strong design systems expertise (Figma-based)
- Experience leading or mentoring designers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Familiarity with data visualisation and dashboard design
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

Location: Dublin (hybrid, 2 days/week in office)
Salary: €75,000–€95,000
