Is there a free trial?: Early access users get full access to the Team plan features during our beta period. No credit card required to join the waitlist.
What counts as an assessment?: One assessment is one CV evaluated against one job specification. Reassessing the same CV against a different spec counts as a new assessment.
How does True Fit handle candidate data under GDPR?: True Fit processes CV data in-session only. No candidate personal data is stored after the session ends, and data never leaves EU infrastructure. You remain the data controller.
What is the EU AI Act requirement for hiring tools?: Hiring tools are classified as high-risk AI systems under the EU AI Act. True Fit is built with transparency and human-in-the-loop design from day one — every score is explainable and no automated decisions are made.
